Kaiser: Redesigning Past Visits
I redesigned how Past Visits are displayed on the Kaiser mobile app for patients
to easily find doctor notes about their health condition history.
Information about Past Visits are displayed in one list for Kaiser patients to sift through. Patients cannot filter or sort appointments by health conditions and time period, which makes it difficult for them to gain an understanding of their health history.
